Terms of Service for Artwork Commissions!

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms below.
✦•┈๑⋅⋯-⋯⋅๑┈•✦⟢- Usage Rights
-Personal Use only, Pfp, social media profiles, wallpapers, or personal display.
-Commercial use is not allowed. Product may not be used for a product to sell, merchendise marketing, branding, NFTs, or revenue-generating products.
-Do not trace or claim the artwork as your own.
-Reposts are welcome, credit isn't required.⟢- Payment Terms
-All prices are listed in USD
-50% is requested up front before sketches begin.
-Final product without a watermark will only be handed over after the other half of the payment is handed over.
-Payments are accepted Via Kofi and PayPal.⟢- Turnaround & Delivery
-Estimated delivery time is up to 4 weeks [one month] from the date payment is received, depending on the complexity of the piece and my schedule.⟢- Things I will Draw

-Humans / Humanoid Characters
-Furries / Anthro Characters
-Dragons, fantasy creatures, animals
-Original Characters
-Characters from media [ie, UT Sans]

-Content I find personally uncomfortable [I have the right to decline work]
-Hate speech, racist, sexist, or otherwise harmful content⟢- Process
-You contact me with commission details [desired product and references]
-I confirm your request, total price, either I will send an invoice or you can send the money to my Paypal or Cashapp.
-Once the first 50% is put down, I will begin work and share rough sketches or progress for feedback [major changes may be made during the beginning sketch phasing, beyond that I will only do smaller ones].
-Upon completion, you will be shown a watermarked version.
-Once the final 50% is paid, the product will be delivered via Discord or email, watermark-free.⟢- Final Notes
-Commissions are for digital files only. I do not ship physical products; the buyer has the right to make the product into physical products for personal use, not for sales.
-Please be respectful and patient during the process. Questions for progress are permitted.
-Refunds are not generally offered unless failure occurs on my side to complete the product.
